Introducing Joyce de Jong, Support Coordinator

I am Joyce de Jong, Coordinator of the Support Department.

My journey with Manus spans 9 fruitful years, bringing with me a wealth
of experience from Retail application management, where I was deeply
involved in shop automation.

Promoted to Coordinator after two years in support, my role now is to manage the day-to-day activities of our department. For customers,
I am the first point of contact in case of escalations.

Our efficient Helpdesk portal and ticket system captures all queries from our customers.

Whether it’s a question or an issue, it’s efficiently routed to the respective internal team for resolution. Rest assured, as our valued customer, you can always track your ticket’s status and see which department is handling it.

We also hold (temporary) consultation hours with certain customers to help them get started using MANUS WFM.
