It is very important to MANUS Software Europe B.V. (MSE) that personal data is treated very carefully. MSE therefore processes and protects personal data with great care. MSE complies with the requirements of privacy legislation (GDPR). This means that MSE:

- limits collection of personal data to only personal details that are needed for the purpose they are registered for;

The personal data that MSE saves and stores, which is required for the software to work properly, is:
Required personal details
Unique identification:
name, SSN (Social Security Number), salary identification number, date of birth, time card number, employee number;
Contract details:
all (former) employee’s data regarding the employment relationship, which is required, based on legislation and regulations, or processes required for calculation, history and documentation;
Communication:
email, address and phone number for authorization and legal obligations.
Calculation and process details
Work hours:
clock data, (corrected) work times and breaks;
Absence:
vacation or special leave, illness (only information permitted by GDPR), parental leave, maternity leave, unpaid leave;
Balances:
plus/minus hours, various vacation balances and compensation hours;
Schedules:
availability, school, basic and work schedules;
Preferences:
language and communication medium.
Purposes
The aforementioned data is registered in order to obtain the correct registration of the hours worked and any leaves and absences, to be able to provide correct information so that correct, complete and timely payment can be achieved.
Sharing with third parties
The data provided by you is only shared with third parties if it is required for the operational process of your (former) employer. This applies to, for example, processing payments.
Cookies
MANUS+ registers cookies only to make logging in easier. If the box “remember me” is checked when logging in, this cookie will remain for 14 days. Information that is saved during a session will be deleted as soon as the session is closed.
Protection and saving
MSE has taken suitable safety precautions to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. MSE ensures that only the required people will have access to the information, that access to the information is restricted and that the safety precautions are regularly audited by a registered auditor.
Third party websites
This privacy policy does not apply to websites or portals of third parties that are connected to MSE’s website or app by means of links or single-sign-on. MSE cannot guarantee that these websites treat your personal data in a reliable or safe manner.
