Joyce de Jong, our Support Coordinator
I am Joyce de Jong, coordinator of the Support department.
I have been working at MANUS with great pleasure for nine years. Previously, I gained valuable experience as an application manager in retail, where I was involved in store automation.
After two years in Support, I was promoted to coordinator. Now I manage the daily activities of our department.
For customers, I am the first point of contact in case of issues.

Our efficient helpdesk portal and ticket system records all customer inquiries.
Whether the matter concerns a question or an issue, it is efficiently forwarded to one of the support team members who will find a solution.
