DE OORSPRONG VAN MANUS SOFTWARE EUROPE IS 33 JAAR GELEDEN
Zonder dat het begrip Workforce Management überhaupt bestond was de ManusPlus oplossing in 1988 al volop bezig met het inzicht krijgen in mensen en de controle over de uren daarover. Volledig geautomatiseerd.
De Retail branche was meteen overtuigd van de oplossing. Mede vanwege de complexiteit in de organisatie. Meerdere vestigingen, verschillende contractvormen, de diverse toeslagen, de betrouwbare payroll uitstoot en de rapportage behoefte om de processen te blijven optimaliseren, waardoor de Retail heeft besloten met Manus te gaan samenwerken.
