Who are you?

Pascal van Lierop, 50 years old and father of 2 sons. Employed at Manus Software Europe BV since 2002 as Senior International Business Consultant. In my spare time I am an active diver and I enjoy riding my motorcycle or in my convertible. 

What is your role within Manus Software Europe BV?

I am responsible for the implementations, projects, and management of international clients.

Which workrelated activities give you energy?

Advising customers to use their workforce as effectively as possible. The right person in the right place at the right time. 

What are you proud of?

When Primark moved to the European mainland, I was closely involved in the transition they made from an Anglo-Saxon to a European organization. The first store in Rotterdam Alexandrium was also a succes for us. After the first store, Primark has opened stores in Europe at breakneck speed.

The fact that they are successfull and knowing that we are part of that feels good!

 

Wie ben je?

Pascal van Lierop, 50 jaar en vader van 2 zoons. Sinds 2002 werkzaam bij Manus Software Europe BV als Senior International Business Consultant. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik actief duiker en rij ik graag op mijn motor of in mijn cabrio. 

Wat is je rol binnen Manus Software Europe BV?

 Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de implementaties, projecten en beheer van de internationale klanten. 

Van welke werkzaamheden krijg je energie?

Het adviseren van klanten om hen zo effectief mogelijk met hun workforce om te gaan. De juiste persoon op de juiste plek op het juiste tijdstip.

Waar ben je trots op?

Toen Primark zich op het vasteland van Europa ging vestigen ben ik nauw betrokken geweest bij de transitie die zij gemaakt hebben van Angelsaksische naar Europese organisatie. De eerste winkel in Rotterdam Alexandrium was ook een succes voor ons. Na het eerste filliaal heeft Primark in een razend tempo winkels geopend in Europa.

Het feit dat zij succesvol draaien en wij daar deel van uitmaken geeft een goed gevoel!
